Today, I reminded students to bring me $5.00 and permission forms for the upcoming in-school field trip to see A Midsummer Night’s Dream. While the field trip is not until Friday, May 21st, I have requested that students turn in the $5.00 and permission forms by this Friday, May 14th.
After students completed Week 9, Flashback 5, students read independently for 30 minutes while I checked Independent Reading Log 9. After students read, I gave 15 minutes of class time to Independent Reading Log 10. Lastly, students turned in the Flashback Form for Week 9.
Tomorrow, according to the Lord of the Flies Packet, students should have read and completed Character Charts for Chapters 3 — 4 of Lord of the Flies.
